Carlisle1, TSV does not start paying anything until Alcoa has fulfilled its commitment so I am not sure what you mean when you say they will be in for the next three wells.TSV will need to clarify how much has been spent so far by Alcoa and how much to go. Highly unlikely that TSV will ever be selling what will be their only producing asset , and a very good one at that.This will be their lifeblood for the future and provide cashflow to move into new deals.
All joint venture partners including TSV must pay their share of operating expense, which of course comes out of their share of gas sales, so there will be no need for a free carry as you put it.
You would have to be a whacko not to own any of these shares.I am greasing the wheels and checking the bridles on my waggon train which is now firmly attached to what will be a shooting star in the next couple of weeks.
