no, not related. and anyway, there is no need to ramp OSH with oil over $US50 and with the reserves and cash OSH has, it is heading higher - just how long before the gas project gets priced in.
have a look at the Merril Lynch presentation given in New York posted on www.oilsearch.com.au on Friday last week.
Santos was presenting at the same conference, which is where the rumours started.
