I don't think you even have a rudimentary understanding of how monopoly infrastructure pricing regimes work buddy. If you are going to come on here claiming to be the truthsayer you seriously need to have some basic clue of the industry. It is clear you have none. Your analogy isnt even close to the mark.
If you own monopoly infrastructure you get a regulated rate of return. That is how it works. That rate should be no more than 5% with current interest rates/inflation.
