After reading this morning's announcement I'm not so sure. Letting Maxwell keep his nose in the trough for this years bonus is to me a sign of weakness from the new CEO (yes i know its a Board decision but CEO would have been consulted). Maxwell taking another $2 mill out of this company is a clear sign that shareholder interests are not a consideration.
But yes I agree with you Skinsy, Sole/Orbost now need minor miracles to deliver a return to shareholders.
