    FYI,
    a BTU is only about 1/100th more than an mmcf.
    They are so close that it was easy to adopt one over the other for the market to accept as practically the same measurement.

    Whatever you have looked at is simply incorrect and they have grossly inflated the reality of the current January Contratcs, so disregarding it would be wise for any gas appraisals you are doing.
