BeachBoy- I'd agree with those numbers. The gigajoule of gas is energy equivalent to around 27 litres of diesel. If you put the diesel at say $1 litre after removing a rough 50c a litre for tax which I think covers it, then you're left with $27/ Gj on an equivalent en ergy basis. So with costs at $12/Gj there's a nice margin. You need to incentivise conversions and allow for sales margins at the pump, but would be a very healthy business at say $16 -$18 delivered to pump.
