According to AJL annual report, Bowland shale has the same shale rock quality as Eagle Ford and Marcellus shale play. Thees are the 2 most productive shale gas basin in the US. With the exception that Bowland is 1200 m thick whereas the US shale is anywhere between 30 to 100m thick.
