As you will well know the prices natural gas producers receive vary all over the world unlike those for oil which are fairly standard and vary according to the quality of the product. Gas prices depend very much on the market it is sold into. Australian prices are woeful by comparison to those received by say, US producers. The point we PSA supporters are making is that the company sells its gas at spot prices and that spot price is the Henry Hub price. According to Bloomberg that price spiked to more than $US 19 on Tuesday night. Even if this price held above $10 for a couple of days or even weeks, it is an absolute bonanza for companies like PSA and FAR. It is about time their luck changed. I hold both. JBC
