I looked into a class action last year and we haven't got a leg to stand on until the whole show is closed and the shares are written off or sold. At this stage we haven't suffered a "loss" in the laws eyes.
The best thing we can do is write (again) to ever member of the Qld Parliament and ask why they haven't spoken out about this crime (In my books) that they have committed by closing a company down that had passed every single requirement.
I would send extra letters to the LNP they sat on their hands and should have issued the licence. I hope you have better luck with this, I've only had one reply from 12 months ago. Maybe One Nation may help although Paulines office didn't reply either last year. All the best for 2017 and yes Ned Kelly was gentleman compared to out leaders of today.
