I like the 3rd one...
I remember a gas company getting $10/GJ a while ago and saying prices need to stay around here or higher to justify new exploration, in order to ensure gas security of supply. Even Twiggy I believe is selling his gas through his Port Kembla LNG terminal at a premium through guaranteed price contracts with the retail suppliers of gas just to ensure gas supply, so maybe EMP could lock in the current $14/GJ as a bare minimum!
