a valid concern.....i'm sure i've highlighted possible reasons.....covid.....uncertainty of title etc, so no point going back over.....
but.....the O&G majors wont bash out a deal over a schooner at the local.....when talking of a $30M drill commitment, they will want all the facts, no doubt including the 3D data and then they will chew it over before any executive puts his signature and reputation on the line.....
things are getting closer and its a time for the patient.....those who dont have the patience will move on
