That may be part of the strategy, who knows...it does seem to be more than a simple case of nearology, more like, erecting the new boundary fence before building the house.
Earlier, I suggested 3 potential suitors...BPT COE and SWM(seven west). It may not suit BPT to become a new entrant. Seven West may need to bulk up, and in my opinion, COE have moved up the ranks by taking P80. Are COE going to explore/develop this as stand alone, or, is there a strategy here?
I have witnessed similar strategy at home, with a coal miner buying freehold land ahead of its existing mine.....when ground is offered for exploration by the govt, nobody applies, because the " landowner " has made it too difficult.
So, is COE circling???... just a theory...
