    Good post jake. Would explain why NHC were saying they were influencing WCL to sign a GSA. This was revealed in NHC presentation to their own shareholders in Sept 2012. Not good for NHC wanting to take over WCL if the gas was already contracted to another party.

    Deal needs to be done with Petro before Chinese New Year or else it won't go through until March
