    I would assume if the transaction occurs after the date it does or when the acceptance date is? Longer this drags out the closer it gets to that magical 12 months! Firm T/O proposal now would probably see it finalised by April or 12 months after the 25 cent issue seeming it's taken this long and still now firm offer!
