a PE of 1 means that a stock is earning the same amount of net revenue, after tax's and running/drilling costs as the market cap. which makes a crazy cheap stock.
BUR technically is no where near this, because its running costs from drilling etc are higher than its revenue at present so you cant calculate a PE ratio.
Assuming Jet 3 is 10mmcfd and going by the flow rates of the other wells when last reported and todays comodety prices your looking at about $11.5mil P.A in revenue
Your best use a PS ratio with infant spec stocks like this which is a Price over Sales. At the current price your looking at a PS ratio of 2.3 which is very cheap in my opinion.
I think anything under 40c is cheap today, and would like to see this reach 60 - 80c from this last well.
It all depends on how much risk people want to take with todays markets as to how bullish the price will go.
I am honestly expecting this to at least get to 32c by end of year or start of next.
