It Is, no doubt CITIC have had some influence on that..... if people do not think that China is not going ahead then maybe worth reading the MCC journal. These are the guys building the whole plant/port.... There are about three different articles about the same project. i think it means a lot to them. Safe to say CITIC are keen to get this thing built ASAP. Doubt they would have signed the contract with MCC otherwise....

As we all know if this is built, then that will open up the whole depsoit to the world.... Shougang has first bite of the cherry... By the way, it mentions that a desalination plant is also getting built.... No worries about water then...
