I'd recommend taking 10mins to read the NSW Scoping Paper for the development of the Coal and Gas Strategy. It's not a question of IF, it's a question of how to best manage both industries over the next 25 years:

It's going to happen IMO. It's a matter of when. The strategy will have to be developed first before any major new projects are greenlighted. A few bumps along the way.
