I thought it may be useful to post a comparative valuation for BLU compared to that of GLL (Galilee Energy). I hold GLL and have some knowledge of that company but no in-depth on other gas explorers.
BLU GLL
Current SP 6.9c 74c
Market Cap $89m $179m
SOI 1.329b 271m
So if we assume GLL SP is roughly x10 that of BLU and that BLU SOI are x5 of GLL we see that GLL is 50 times the value of BLU.(10x5).
Does that mean GLL are overvalued or BLU is undervalued at this time. Both are at different stages but GLL is close to obtaining Reserves Certification thus elevated SP. The purpose of this post is to highlight what is possible for BLU.
