I'm sure someone else will have answers to % required etc. But I would assume the deal will get accross the line based on the fact that anyone buying from now until the meeting will be voting yes. Looks like many long term holdrs have or are already selling. I have held since May so I would love to see this deal quashed, but don't think there is any chance of that unless another interested party such as Anglo gets involved at a higher price.
