There's got to be some risk NKP won't agree on 60 million valuation. I don't know about a counter bid, because NKP have that 'exclusive negotiation' period that is yet to expire.

TS has effectively offered it for sale at 60mil, and if we assume he is trying to get the best price, then if he doesn't value it any higher why would anyone else?

They're both pretty keen to do this deal, so my guess, for what it's worth, is it will go ahead at around 0.40 per share.
