An automotive plant with a battery cell production facility all in one. Sounds like they stole tesla's play book. All kidding aside this is big news and could be another avenue for sales. Rivan is also backed by Ford, so you never know.
It'd be interesting to know if North Carolina is one of the states bidding to have Rivian build its terra factory there. Piedmont's mine might be the only reason they would win all of the sudden they might be changing their tune about Piedmont if they could attract a multi-billion dollar project that would have thousands of high paying battery-tech and automotive jobs.
