What is the point in continuing to discuss things with you. Your only point seems to be that some people oppose the mine so therefore it won't go ahead.
Newsflash - the chances of any development anywhere getting 100% of the locals onside is almost zero. Yet most developments go ahead because the decisions look at more than just the impact on the directly affected locals. How many expressways, train lines, factories, mines etc would be built anywhere if all it took was a few noisy people to object?
Sure, you doubt they will get approval. Lots of us here don't. Why are you hanging around?
