Just a theory here...Buru have the right to buy back in
on this well..Could OBL be trying to get Buru to cough up
the money so that they don't have to spend any more of their own just in case it does not flow...They have always
run on the smell of an oily rag so maybe they just don't
want to spend the money on a flow test..
But I think Buru would want more info than OBL gave out yesterday...
