The whole bloody thing was done and dusted in a day or so. I heard it opened only yesterday from UBS, then they closed it this morning, by the time I reached my Macquarie Corporate Contact, he said its well over the line so closed as well. In a volatile market people look for a high Divvy, Low Risk, stable Bricks and Mortar or Dirt type businesses where People can show something for their money. I believe this is a better bet than even AFG. Except, it came and went in a frigin day!!!
