They determine KAR's direction not the Board or the Exec so we have control by proxy... let them sell their shares and crush the SP. There will be a buyer.

These blokes might do an Erwin sell the assets for FA say 450 mil and 100 mil for assets we cop $2 they pocket 40-50 mil for their troubles.... they will be only doing it for themselves but on balance it's done!!
Wellington going to sell few more to balance the books... we will buy them back like some of the last tranche in the buy back??
