Obviously my team and I can't say much publicly until we send officially call the GM.

Answer - Neither. This is the first time we have engaged to call a GM of Karoon. Absolutely no link to irwin

jawstwo "The correct procedure that you might follow is to visit the share registry and ask to view the KAR share registry. Record the names and address of say the top 100 and write to them inviting their participation."
Answer - We have spoken to many top shareholders and hence felt that is was worth taking the next step. That's all we can say at this stage. We have also requested for the share register which may take up to 7 days to arrive.

Answer - Can't say much other than we are not vultures and will not look to sell the companies assets. Our approach will hopefully create shareholder value without divestments. I guess, all will have to wait until we get 5% and call the GM.
