I don’t think POG has a strong correlation with what’s happening with North Korea, or any current military tensions or conflicts in the world at the moment.
The boring financial market stuff (currency differentials, CPI, interest rates, fiscal policies etc) continue to set price trajectories
Safe haven appeal comes into play but only to the extent geopolitical situations may trigger one of the aforementioned indicators (eg BREXIT), or military tensions teeter on the brink of actual conflict between major powers
I don’t think POG has a strong correlation with what’s happening...
