I appreciate the necessity of paper-work in beurocracy!!!!......My intention was to say that should vcr get a positive or encouraging feedback from FDA, this should be known to those that are in the know, and consequently reflected in the SP.

Time and sp performance will validate this theory.

One thing is for sure, god help vcr of they don't lift the sp. The next capital raising will Cheap-as-chips (imagin a discount on 0.58 cents!!!!!), and mean more dilution than ever before for current holders!!!!
