SLV are cashed up and can afford to explore.
GAU only have enough in the kitty for some new golf balls and an em survey or two.

If you ask me SLV should buy GAU, and own both projects, they can cut costs by getting rid of GAU directors and actually spend their fees on actual geos doing exploration!

This is shifting all the risk and cost of what appears to be a virtual greenfields project onto GAU for us to bear and if we find anything SLV will just buy it back regardless.

I do wonder about some of these deals that get done by ASX companies. Cant see the sense in it myself.

I would not complain if the market cap was 25m as exploration funds would not be a significant recurring dilution, but at $4m cap???!!!

No support from anyone on the register - with good reason, so I dont see how they are going to get the SP back up (or the market cap) without doing a major placement at a price well above market to someone not on the register. Unlikely methinks.

How is this easy return to 30c going to be achieved. Is this deal supposed to be it?
