The video in this link gives a good illustration of what Horizon are planning to do in WA. The map at the end of the video shows these types of projects being built all around the state in areas they service.
This project may not have been within CCE's reach but you would have to think that the LLC/CCE joint venture will be well in the running to capture some future ones as tenders are announced.
