We're the sanctioned/approved supplier of FR for DoD, it means we're meant to be used for FR applications on submissions for new uniforms but these still need to be field tested and approved. If company A approaches the Marines and says we'll provide that new uniform you asked for, they'd be well served to use Alexium for the FR tech and avoid a whole heap of hurdles.
