I tend to agree with graduatedinvestor , AJX was going nowhere fast until NC took it over , NC also took on some baggage when he took over with several people in sales that were not performing which I feel GR should have been more proactive about making redundant earlier on.
Personally I do not much like NC, as just a completely different personality from me, but I respect what he has done with transforming company
