Most of them are emails that are attached to various motions, particularly a 2/27/15 Plaintiff’s Opposition to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.The patents are essential for asset and business protection as well as attracting investment and licenses and in fact are the main asset underpinning value . [emphasis added]So does it still seem odd that early in my research on Alexium I would be focusing heavily on the patents? Maybe one of you geniuses who understand this area so much better than Gavin should tell him to stop wasting company time and money on patents since you’re so sure they aren’t that important.
