I know I tried the same yesterday and agree with you. So I should be beating myself up with this post as I am sure the thread was started with an intention of keeping this topic visible and raising doubts.
Notwithstanding it a couple of observations on this case.
The email referred to is 13 July 2013 – so it is old stuff
Susta was dismissed -- ref. Alexium changes ann. on ASX and the company’s case supported. Guess why you dismiss a CEO?
Bob Brookins took full control of the technical side of the business - including work on patents (ref. Brookins on ASX anns. and what he does).
Some other observations:
A poster doesn't have time to read the posts properly and asks other to do his research - BUT, does manage the time to notice the posts AND copy and keep a record so he can go back to the links (which is against HC rules)
Anyone who has tried to google those docs. without SPECIFIC knowledge of the search terms to put in will find that it just doesn't come up in google at all - it is NOT an easy search.
And if you want to use the emails there is also a LOAD in there that shows that this company is in tight control of it's people and it's direction - and, if there are impediments to the companies progression or risks to the company - then, those people are removed.
I note finally that--- Alexium dismissed this person and WON an unfair dismissal case -------------------- enough said!
