if i was still holding KCN, i would be attending the shareholder meeting & telling mr thomas, what a mssive cheek he has asking for free performance shares. when he should be giving back a lot of his ill goten pay packet, while presiding over a share price fall from $12 to $4, this being exacerbated by his selling of shares, from his exercise of his performance options, which he had to borrow money to exercise ?
i see his learnt his lesson & now wants to take the shortcut of getting the shares free without having to pay a cent !
has anyone looked at the perfomance hurdle & understood it ?
dont know how the insto's will feel about giving this underperformed 300,000 shares on top of his already fat pay packet.
