Have you had a look at the company (Godfrey Remuneration Group) that decided on the performance hurdles and ticks off on KCN's remuneration policy?
Looks like a bunch of University dropouts! Phony "academic"-types purporting to conduct detailed analysis on remuneration structures. They're incentivised to increase remuneration packages, otherwise the board may not approve spending $80k of shareholder's money for Godfrey's services. I mean 10 to 20% increases to KMP base pay? what planet are these guys from? Gavin has crossed the million dollar mark... and all they've done this year is to spend shareholders money a dud in Challenger (will need to be written off 100%) and fix ongoing issues with the mines because they couldn't be bothered maintaining them. Looks like the cap raising was nothing more than a vehicle to afford more insane salary packages.
The company was in a funding squeeze???? Really???? And the company board put bonuses in front of mine development???? WOW!!! What a shameless lot.
