Clearly this ex top (in his eyes that is) judge, has a lasting distaste for democracy, a democracy for which our forebears fought so valiantly, and at considerable loss of life and untold misery. And, at the stroke of a pen,he dismisses the valiant efforts over centuries, by ordinary citizens, to exercise their hard fought democratic rights, by stamping his hard heeled PC boots upon these very same hard won rights.
