ABBOTT CANNOT SHOW LEADERSHIP ON THE GAY RIGHTS ISSUE BECAUSE OF PROMISES HE HAS MADE TO THE ULTRA_CONSERVATIVE RUMP WHICH HIJACKED THE AGENDA OF THE LIBERAL PARTY WHEN TURNBULL WAS ROLLED.
