i agree kingr.who will pick up the tab for Julias mate Tim if they have a bust up ? he legally would be entitled to hit her (being us the taxpayer)regardless if no children are involved.

its all very well saying that governments should not be involved in marriage but the fact is they are,be it income tax ,benifits or what ever.

By all means let gays marry,but not if it costs the the tax payer one cent which means that every possibility has to be considered
