    Would love GZL TO. This is not the likely option. Balance sheet deterioration. Most likely capital raising with "sophisticated investors" to allow focus on the core brand. Note the core brand is performing far better than the rest.
    Will Vickers controls the debt now. Small shareholders will probably not fair well. Accountability for the numerous poor misadventures? Insufficient to say the least.
