No but needs to get squared off and soon otherwise the dark cloud of soverign risk and doing business in countries like Angola will continue to hover and forever negatively impact the shareprice IMO.
All seems more than well between LOM and their Angolan partners but the market needs to see it made official and the Gazetting would do that.
