Latest reports ( 11pm CST ) are that Gbadboy has been captured after Ouattara's forces stormed his compound .
( With a little help from the French no doubt ) .

After some false starts perhaps the Ivorian people can get on with their lives again .

Port sanctions can be lifted quickly to allow food and medicine in and other sanctions lifted asap.
