$15- per ton is what it costs per ship for the size ship that GBG use and the distance.
When it is 68% magnetite shipping then the shipping cost is as per the shipping price allowed for in the index. This use to be an index for hammersly ore and the index was based on approx $5- / ton shipping allowance. They just changed the index so i don't know what the new shipping costs are.
