Think you got that round the wrong way but anyway.
SDL would not be at the price it is now if it wasn't for GBG wanting to take it over.
Just think what triggered off the rise in SDL's SP?????
GBG would be around $2 mark now if it did not happen and possibly a target for takeover themselves with the consolidation in the iron ore industry.
SDL would be unchanged at this moment as they have still a lot of work to do to justify a 70-80c SP.
