I believe that GBG will continue to be a speculative stock until they confirm operational costs which hopefully will occur Apr'14. Until then, the analysts will not be clear on EPS which is key to revaluing the stock up or down. And I think up is not a given especially with current KML spending at more than twice the operational target. DYOR.
