The announcement clearly only relates to GBG shares...SDL has no exposure and is no way connected with GBG anymore...thank goodness.
The bad thing is that GBG share price may get hammered over the next couple of days when it comes out of a trading halt...around 27mill shares might have to be sold on/off market (dumped).
I dont own GBG shares but once the dust settles it might be worth having a look...dont know where the SP will end up....
I know it is probably old news but i am so glad the Merger didnt take place with GBG......SDL is a far greater stand alone entity....
