Nice headline in last Saturday's West Australian that Gillard had Solicitor's advice before the election that the tax might be unconstitutional and thrown out by the high court. Lots of FOI papers made available, but they would not release where they were going to spend the money as they don't want to upset any of the State Governments. Wonder which ones they are frightened of upsetting? LOL!
