What will save GBG is Ansteel using GBG as its investment vehicle in Australia. Ansteel will soon own 68% KML, and already owns 38% of GBG. IMHO GBG will basically become a shell of a company, just there to do what Ansteel wishes as its Australian JV partner. This has already happened with Ansteel deciding everything regarding Karara. All bad? I don't know the answer to this, but I believe that Ansteel have deep pockets and will support GBG for as long as they need to for their own benefit. Just my thoughts.
