They have said they can run at full production but they lose IO Fines through the filter tailings which is bad because its $ down the actual drain. so they cut back the IO% and speed so they can reduce any filter loss. If people dont mind losing some through the filter then they could pound away but that long term would mean a lot of IO $ ending up in the Dam. May as well hold it back and get it right.
