Interest gets paid once they increase production, once they sort out current issues holding such at bay.
Of course by that time they own less and less of the project because the Chinese will give more cash for more of KML.
But IMO they will increase ...necessity the mother of all invention.....if the Chinese want to get aid back...then they need o invest more and some more again...
